How do I know what my size is?
We invite you to consult our size guide found in each product. If you prefer looser fitting, you can purchase one size larger; if you prefer a tighter fit, you can purchase one size smaller.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are $9,000 in Medellín and $13,000 in the rest of the country. Shipping is free for orders over $200,000.

How long is the delivery time in Medellín?
If you're in Medellín, your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
How long is the delivery time to the rest of the country?
Up to 3 to 10 business days, which may vary depending on location and season. Normally, it would be a maximum of 5 business days.
Do you ship abroad?
We currently only ship to Colombia and international card payments are not available.

No, due to hygiene policies, our underwear and stockings cannot be exchanged or returned.
