1. Responsibilities of JÜDIZ and the Client

2. CASES IN WHICH WE ACCEPT RETURNS

- 📦 If you received something you didn't order.
- 📦 Right of withdrawal: up to 15 business days from delivery.
3. CASES IN WHICH WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
- 🚫 Used, washed or altered garment.
- 🚫 Customized products.
- 🚫 Product in different condition than you received it.

- ✔ With tags and original packaging.
